assistant to senior manager Key responsibilities: - searching of candidates, based on determined requirements; - carrying out of interview with selected candidates; - supporting of putting on the staff (for succesfull candidates). Achievements: now I know how to ask the question to achieve the real information about last experience, kniwleges, skills etc. of the applicant. I like this job, but it doesn't connect with my skills and knowlege. It's enough mechanical aktivity which are not requiring for a special creative approach; beside it, its enough hard for me to spend hours at the computer. I prefer to find job where I can realise my abilities.

I'm a student of State university - Higher school of economics (The faculty of applied political science, department of public policy). I'll graduate in 2011, with bachelor degree (thats why now I can't work full day). I've graduated from school №1359 (with strong english) in 2006, with honor (for my achievements in studying I was awarded by silver medal). Key abilities: Languages: English (upper intermediate), Business-English (Intermediate), Korean (I've just started to learn it). IT: Office (Word, Power point, Outlook, Excel). I'm enough erudite, very polite and pleasant; that help me to communicate with people. Beside it, I persistant and aimed for succes in all my activities. Hobbies: sport, literature (I like to read historical and philosophical books; also like classic literature), travelling.
