Participate in supplier selection process and conduct tenders seeking the best conditions for the company; ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
To identify opportunities to aggregate spend where appropriate and drive greater value from company bought-in goods and services. Expenditure analysis.
Maintain permanent close contact and follow up on due service quality and dates with suppliers to achieve the highest level of services provided to internal customers.
Ensure that contractual commitments and purchase orders to selected suppliers are made only within approved budgets and delegated authorities |
