Должностные обязанности

Responsibilities:
∙ Elaboration of tax optimization policy
∙ Ensure optimum level of tax risks and tax burden at the country level
∙ Ensure optimal level of tax charges (including achievement of Cash and Effective Tax rate targets)
∙ Tax consulting for accounting department Comparative analysis of legal schemes for tax effect (contracts with Russian and foreign companies)
∙ Coordination of work with external consultants and auditors on tax issues
∙ Overall control of tax declarations submission and reconciliations with the budget
∙ Management of tax audits and disputes.
∙ Participation in tax litigations
∙ Participation in audits conducted by external and internal auditors from tax perspective

Experience:
∙ At least 5years work as tax manager/specialist, preferably – with international company
∙ Excellent knowledge of Russian tax legislation
∙ Good knowledge of tax planning techniques
∙ High education in Economics/Finance
∙ Fluent English – written and spoken
∙ ACCA/CPA or similar qualification is a plus
∙ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
