Key responsibilities:
- Strategic planning of activities in Russia;
- Recruitment, training and management of a team of regional managers;
- Organization and control of activities to promote company on Russian market;
- Organization and control of distributors;
- Financial performance monitoring;
- Development of distribution network;
- Monitoring of the implementation of the sales plan in Russia;
- Budgeting and planning;
- Organization and development of efficient logistics system;
- Expansion of the qualitative and quantitative distribution in the entrusted territory.

Requirements for applicants:
- Higher education (medical, pharmaceutical);
- Working experience as a commercial director or head of sales department, head of the foreign service manager of regional development in the pharmaceutical company from 2 years;
- Developed managerial and commercial skills;
- High-level communication skills;
- Excellent experience of successful negotiations;
- Administration skills;
- Planning skills;
- English Upper Intermediate.
