Должностные обязанности

- Recruitment of top talent
o work with PR department to ensure that company is the employer of choice in SPB
o create and formalise the interview process to ensure fair and delivers an accurate evaluation
o create and implement plan to manage high employee growth rate
- Create/implement/institutionalise compensation and development policy to ensure that top talent is fairly compensated at a level which is motivational
- Create/implement/institutionalise career planning process so all company employees have an excellent opportunity to establish and progress their career ambitions
- Work with Partners to define the desired company corporate culture and implement plan to instill it throughout the organization
- Manage HR department
o manage and motivate small but highly committed staff
o develop and manage operational budget |
Требования к кандидату
Профессиональные навыки: |
- University degree. Additional coursework in HR field
- Experience of HR director from 3 years in the fast growing company with 50+ employees
- Experience in creating and implementing all HR policies
- Fluent English |
