* As Key Account Manager you would be responsible for developing business with existing main direct clients of the company - retail chains all over Russia, and for prospecting and developing new key clients (chains with 30-60 shops).
* Coordinate actions of all internal services, in order to fulfil the objectives set for the Key Accounts and ensure customer satisfaction;
* Prospect and develop new Clients;
* Take care of sales and services to KA according to agreed targets and develop products/services offers and promotional activities, to improve relationship, sales and margins;
* Prepare and discuss yearly plans, forecasts and negotiations with the General Manager;
* Develop and participate in negotiations with KA on offers, price levels, marketing and payment terms;
* Analyse KA activity, measure outcomes of actions - internal reporting is necessary;
* Actively take part in internal and European meetings related to his/her customers and transmit the strategic plans to country level;
* Contribute actively to understand his/her clients’ strategy.
Требования к кандидату

||свыше 6 лет
|Работа с компьютером:
* At least 5 years of sales, marketing or commercial experience in a European or International company;
* 3 years of successful experience as Key Account Manager or Buyer in or with specialized retail chains is mandatory;
* Experience in sales of one product or one group of products is mandatory.
