Deliver Brand’s P&L’s to 5yr plan, and adjusted LE’s.
Assist in the development and implementation of Brand’s strategy for growth in Russia in conjunction with the General Manager Russia and Global Brand Director (HQ).
Further our understanding of our consumers and shoppers, and develop customer and brand-building programs that address both.
Work with sub-distributors and wholesalers to develop regional / channel specific programs
Working with the Brand Ambassadors develop and implement growth drivers to positively impact attitudes and behaviors including advertising, PR, sponsorship, experiential marketing programmes and trade marketing programmes
Work closely with the local market to review market performance and provide information and materials to drive the brand locally
Monitor and evaluate competitive activity, making key recommendations that keep Brand on its planned value growth trajectory
Develop strong stakeholder relationships in local markets, and Global Brand Teams necessary to achieve brand ambitions
Effectively monitor and evaluate financial budgets and ensure agreed pricing strategy is implemented

опыт работы Бренд-менеджером, директором по маркетингу в западных компаниях (желательно алкоголь). Обязательно опыт стратегического планирования, построения бренда.
